R Lalique 'Plumes de Paon' Bowl

£1,450.00
Rene Lalique designed this bowl, depicting peacock feathers, in 1932 and it was discontinued in 1947. Created in opalescent glass, it is as exotic and beautiful as the real thing - especially as the elaborate design catches the light.

It is acid etched in the centre R Lalique France in script.

This lovely bowl measures close to 11.5 ins (29.5 cms) in diameter and 2.4 ins (6 cms) high.

Condition: remarkably good; using a magnifying glass I could find a few tiny, light marks on the inside of the base only.

Plumes de Paon Bowl makes a strong statement and would make an outstanding centrepiece.
